Substitution Policy



The appearance of a bouquet or an arrangement may slightly vary due to the seasonal, cultural and regional availability of the flowers. In the event of a temporary regional product shortage, it may be necessary to modify the gift you ordered. So there is a possibility that if you specify a specific color or a specific kind of flower or plant, especially in foreign countries, it may not be available at the time and place of delivery. In such a case, a substitution may be necessary and will be done automatically unless you specifically forbid it. You can be assured that the look, theme and color scheme of the original arrangement will not be compromised by any substitution. Furthermore, we also guarantee that we will only substitute temporary unavailable flowers for flowers or container of an equal or higher value. Please also note subtle color variations can happen due to local flowers availability.

Teleflora containers are available only in North America. The capability to deliver a Teleflora arrangement using a specific container is dependant on its availability in the inventory of a local florist. If the container is not available locally, a container of an equal or higher value and using the same theme, will be used unless you specify in the comment field of the order that you want to cancel the order in case of non availability. In there is an issue you will be advised.
